Join us for a hands-on sourdough experience designed for beginners and bread lovers alike. In this small-group class, you’ll learn the full sourdough process from start to finish, including mixing the dough, shaping and rising, and baking beautiful, flavorful loaves. We’ll work through all three stages together, talk about timing and technique, and answer all your sourdough questions along the way. Each participant will go home with their own sourdough starter, a dough scraper, and a freshly baked loaf of bread made during class, plus the confidence to bake real, traditional sourdough at home. No prior experience needed. Just come ready to learn, get your hands a little floury, and have fun. Space is limited to keep the class personal and hands-on.

What should I bring?

Just yourself! I provide all ingredients, tools, and aprons. You may want to bring a container for your starter on the way home.

Do I need any experience?

Nope! Beginner classes are designed for complete newcomers. All levels are welcome.

What's your cancellation policy?

Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before class. 50% refund 3-7 days before. No refunds within 3 days, but you can transfer your spot to someone else.
